‘Let’s talk about it. Period.’ is a campaign
promoted by the super-model, philanthropist and tech entrepreneur Natalia
Vodianova, tackling the stigma around period and female health present all
over the world.
Developed by Flo, the AI-powered
women’s health platform, the campaign is endorsed and supported by UNPFA, the lead UN agency
for delivering a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is
safe and every young person's potential is fulfilled. It’s an open conversation about menstruations, sexuality, female wellness,
womanhood, motherhood can help breaking the taboo and empower girls
and women to take control of their health. That’s the purpose of the creative
video series that sees Natalia Vodianova interviewing ambassadors,
influencers and celebrities about period, pregnancy and women health
anxieties. Freeing the dialogue about women’s wellbeing will shift the
perception from being uncool, shameful and unsharable to be just natural
and common to all women, including ‘superwomen’ like models and role
models. The interviews series run on Flo’s platform and app aiming to
empower women to take our example and speak up but most importantly,
to raise the awareness about this problem with institutions and opinion
leaders.
